We have always received very competent advice in this specialist shop. We are often lucky and find high-quality shoes at reduced prices. However, if you are looking for cheap goods, you are in the wrong place. But there are enough other shops in every city for this customer group. We will always be happy to buy our shoes from the well-trained, friendly and helpful specialist sales staff, especially since the range leaves little to be desired.

Other shoe stores can really learn a lesson. Top employees who always help, are friendly and really know their stuff. The selection leaves nothing to be desired and even plus sizes are represented to such an extent that even I (49/50) can find shoes. This is the only shoe store I would go to again and again. Service is very important here.

Unfortunately we were disappointed today. We set off to Cammer motivated and excited to buy our child's first shoes. At first everything was fine, we had to wait; that's perfectly fine. A very friendly employee (who was in counseling) informed us that another employee who had contacted her on our behalf was coming soon. We waited and waited. Then the friendly employee contacted someone again and then an employee came. She had noticed us before, but in our opinion she had no motivation to help us. The advice was also not as we imagined it would be or what we know from this business in the past. After shoes were brought to us from the warehouse, we had a few moments to ourselves in which we decided against buying something here. So that the shoes don't sit around abandoned and possibly be stolen by other customers, I took the shoes to the next employee at the checkout, explained why I was bringing them and the answer was "We can't use them here either." Well, now we'll look elsewhere. It's a shame that this great experience has lost some of its luster.

A great selection of shoes, even the section for barefoot shoes is getting bigger and bigger for children. Great advice and always friendly, even if choosing children's shoes sometimes takes a long time. We have been going here to buy shoes for our children for almost 2 years and every time the girls go home happy with great new shoes. We are always happy to come to you!

Great advice, be it satchels or shoes. The saleswomen take their time and can answer every question and a solution is found for every problem. :) The children's section is really nice, with a huge selection. You can tell that the saleswomen enjoy doing their work and the children's department is beautifully designed and you feel comfortable there. (The coffee also tastes very good, the only thing missing is a piece of cake ;p)
